-Follow-up to June 21, 2016. -Areas affected by rodent droppings has been cleaned and sanitized. -All contaminated single use items have been discarded. -All rodent poisons have been removed from the facility. Poisons are not to be used in a food facility. -Operator has retained services of Atlas Pest and Wildlife Control Ltd for bimonthly service. A total of 18 devices has been set-up in the facility. -Knives were properly stored at the time of inspection. -Liquid hand soap dispenser has been serviced. -Food items were properly stored off the ground. Ensure all containers are stored at least 15cm off the ground, especially in the dry storage area to monitor for pests. -Cardboard has been removed from the facility - all surfaces must be smooth, non-absorbent, and easily cleanable. -Conditions of the Public Health Act Closure Order have been satisfied. Closure Order has been rescinded - facility may reopen service. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
