Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - ATDRJ8:

pH meter purchased. Small quantities of pH 4.0 and 7.0 buffer solutions available for use. Operator to obtain additional buffer solution for calibration purposes.

Begin monthly calibration records for pH meter and final pH checks of fermented products. Records must be kept up to date and available for review at all times. Follow up inspection March 30, 2018.
