Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 3X handwash stations in the kitchen and 1X handwash station in the bar walk-in cooler area found to be missing paper towels, liquid soap, or both.
Corrective Action(s): Re-stocked. ensure that all handwash stations are stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water at all times

=High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 74.1 C at the dish surface (minimum 71 C required for proper sanitizing)\
=Wiping cloths stored in sanitizer solution approximately 200 ppm QUATS
=General sanitation was satisfactory at the time of inspection
=General food storage practices satisfactory at the time of inspection. Foods properly stored off the floor and covered and raw meats stored below ready-to-eat foods.
=No evidence of pest activity noted at the time of inspection
=Ice machine was maintained in a sanitary manner. lightbulb in the walk-in cooler burnt out. replace immediately
