Observation: Ice machine observed with mold build-up. Staff removed ice during time of inspection.
Correction: Clean and sanitize the ice machine as per manufacturer instructions to remove mold build up and to prevent foodborne illness. Ice machine is not be in use until sanitized and verified by the health inspector.

- Ice machine observed cleaned and sanitized and turned off
- Bagged ice currently being used for iced drinks
NOTE: Ice machine may be turned back on and used
- General sanitation of premises satisfactory during time of inspection
- Hand washing station supplied with liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water
Reminder: ensure the hand sink basin is kept empty at all times to ensure it is unobstructed and encourages adequate hand washing frequency
