Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No surface sanitizer available at the time of the inspection. Staff prepared sanitizer at 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration in a designated bin.

Comments

- General sanitation is good.
- Front/back handwash stations equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap in a dispenser and single-use hand towels.
- Three compartment sinks available for manual warewashing. Sanitizer available at >100ppm chlorine bleach concentration.
- Ice machine appears to be in clean condition.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks. No basement storage unit.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. A third party pest control company inspects the facility. Unable to verify pest control inspections. The operator must submit the latest pest control summary reports.
- Please post the Operating Permit with a valid decal once the permit arrives.
- FOODSAFE trained staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection.
- Staff washroom appear to be in clean condition. Handwash station fully stocked.

Temperature control:
- All coolers < or = 4C
- Upright freezer = -18C
- Working thermometers inside all coolers.
- Time tracking for toppings stored at room temperature. Verified at the time of the inspection.
- Daily temperature log available and up to date.
