-Follow-up inspection to June 12, 2023. -Upright cooler was serviced. Refrigeration gas was added and thermostat control was adjusted. -Chef has reviewed glove usage practices with staff. Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. -Did not observed foods stored above the insert fill line in the prep coolers at the time of inspection. -Did not observe staff personal items stored in food preparation areas at the time of inspection. -Ice machine was found to be clean and sanitary. Ensure ice machine is sanitized on a regular basis. -Spray bottles were properly labelled at the time of inspection. Ensure spray bottles are relabelled as needed. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to COVID-19.
