Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 3C.
-Prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).
-Upright freezer (3 door) was at -18C.
-Upright freezer (1 door) was at -15C.
-Pizza held at room temperature time tracked and discarded at 2 hours. Time is written on back of card indicating type of pizza.
-Temperatures checked and recorded twice daily.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in 3-compartment sink. Automatic Quats sanitizer dispenser tested at 200ppm and sink plugs present.
-Handwash station easily accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Staff use single use gloves when preparing pizza - staff observed discarding gloves after each use.
-Quats sanitizer spray bottle labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Foods properly stored off the floor and covered.
-Frozen foods observed thawing in the walk-in cooler.
-General sanitation satisfactory - some mould observed on the shelving units in the walk-in cooler. Ensure staff are more diligent cleaning and sanitizing shelving units on a regular basis, especially the underside.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and well maintained.
-Staff FoodSafe Level 1 valid until October 25, 2023
