- Bleach solution inside spray bottle contains 200ppm chlorine
- Cleaning agents stored separately from food products

- Temperature of walk-in cooler and display cooler is 4C or below
Note: Increase the cleaning frequency of meat slicer. Clean and sanitize meat slicer every four hours to prevent growth of disease-causing microorganisms.
