Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] (Glassware dishwasher was dispensing chlorine at only ~10ppm. Chlorine must be at min concentration of 50ppm to properly sanitize glassware. Improper sanitizing could lead to transmission of disease

Correction: Please fix glassware dishwasher
Temporary solution:
1) Use high temp dishwasher in the main kitchen
2) Single use cups

Observation: Surface sanitizer solution (in spray bottle) had 0ppm chlorine residual. This could lead to food contact surfaces not being properly sanitized, which can also lead to bacterial growth on these surfaces
Date to be corrected: Immediate
Correction: Ensure surface sanitizer has ~100ppm chlorine residual (~1 tsp of bleach with 1L of water)
