Follow-up inspection conducted to assess display cooler. Display cooler currently still cannot maintain 4C. Temperatures inside the display cooler is as follows: Bottom shelf: 4-5C Middle shelf: 6C Top two shelves: 11C No items are currently inside the display cooler. If you wish to use the display cooler, it must be able to consistently maintain 4C or less throughout the cooler. Contact the health inspector when this has been achieved.
