Routine Inspection:

- Hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel available
- Low temperature dishwasher achieved 50ppm chlorine at plate surface
- Lactic acid reached 1875ppm **within acceptable range** throughout the facility
- All coolers in the kitchen area were 4C or lower
- All freezers in the kitchen area were -18C or lower
- Preparation table inserts were 4C or lower
- Ice machines were both in good condition; ice scoops were maintained in a sanitary manner
- Ventilation hoods cleaned daily as per cleaning schedule; next maintenance/deep clean day is for November 30, 2022
- No evidence of pest activity during inspection; Ecolab does monthly inspections
- General sanitation and cleanliness was adequate; front area was renovated to remove sticky carpets and replaced with laminate flooring

- Coolers containing dairy products were 4C or lower
- Freezers containing ice cream were -18C or lower
- Dishware is sent to kitchen for washing
