Food containers properly covered in walkin cooler.
Rice scoops in use stored in dry containers.
Bowls removed from all sauce containers. Scoops with long handles now used in place. Ensure scoops are cleaned daily.
Required premise cleaning has been completed.

Pest control report for August 16, 2019 available onsite. Pest control is to be conducted on a monthly basis.
