Health permit posted. Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Upright freezer was at -16 to -17 deg C. Upright cooler was at or below 4 deg C. Food items in the back were stored on shelves. Pest control monitoring in place. Dishwasher reached Front service area: Hand wash stations provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm - in buckets. Line coolers were at or below 4 deg C. Ice scoops used were stored in a sanitary manner. Display coolers were at or below 4 deg C. Washrooms were in sanitary condition and provided with liquid soap, paper towels and toilet paper. General sanitation was satisfactory.
