Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted:
Walk-in cooler and undercounter prep-cooler were both less than 4C.
Chest freezer and standup freezer at -18C.
Pizza by the slice is only served from 12pm to 5pm. Hot holding unit was being turned off at the time of inspection and leftover pizzas were being discarded.
Front and back hand washing stations were both satisfactory.
3-compartment sink satisfactory.
Chlorine (bleach) used as sanitizer.
Chlorine solution stored in spray bottle. Ensure a sanitizing solution is available in the front and back food preparation area.
All food items stored at least 6 inches off the ground and properly covered.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
