Observation: Limited number of house flies observed in kitchen. Issue discussed with operators. fly control lights in place.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize food contact surfaces and containers exposed to fly activitties. Increase frequency of cleaning and sanitizing surfaces. Remove suggary food from counters and try to limit food outside. Keep enterance door close as much as possible.

Routine inspection

Kitchen:
- Hand washing station maintained.
- Kitchen noted clean and in good repair. Equipment observed in good condition.
- Fridges measure at or < 4 degree C. Freezers measured at or < -18 degree C. Temperature monitoring log is to be kept updated.
- Dishwasher registered at 71 degree C after several wash cycle. Please ensure temperature of rinse cycle reaches at least to 71 degree C. Keep records of daily monitoring.
- Cutting boards in good working condition.
- Bleach water solution of 100-200 ppm chlorine available. Ensure 48 hours refreshing cycle for this sanitizer. Also, this applies to spray bottles on outdoor tables.

Waffle stand:
- Hand washing maintained.
- Cooler to store berries and creamers measured at 4C or below.
- Sanitizer bleach water solution available in sani buckets. And, available for tables outdoors.
