Temperature of walk-in freezer = -18 degrees Celsius (0 degrees Fahrenheit).
Temperature of walk-in cooler = 4 degrees Celsius (40 degrees Fahrenheit).
3-compartment sink used for manual warewashing and equipped with hot/cold running water and drain plugs.
Concentration of QUATs sanitizer at dispenser and in bucket = 200 ppm.
Storage shelves organized.
