Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Second hand sink is currently the only hand sink in the kitchen available for use, and was storing items and obstructed with a stack of containers again.
Corrective Action(s): Repeat violation. Do not store anything in or in front of hand washing sinks. Designated hand sinks must be easily accessible for hand washing at all times. Further non-compliance may result in enforcement action being taken, such as the issuance of violation tickets.
Staff cleared hand sink of stored items at time of inspection.

Observation: 1) Hand sink in front area has not been repaired. Staff stated plumber has not been onsite.
2) Operator has attempted to unclog hand sink in back area, however it is still slow to drain.
Corrective Action(s): All designated hand sinks must be properly maintained and must be in use.
Repeat violation. Further non-compliance may result in enforcement action being taken, such as the issuance of violation tickets.
