Pest proofing door sweeps installed on back hallway exterior and interior doors. Cleaning conducted throughout kitchen and food service areas. Wood shelving replaced with metal wire shelving unit in dry storage area. walk-in freezer -12 C COVID-19 Control Measures - floor markings in place for social distancing at entrance and around buffet stations - tables limited to maximum 6 seats - waiting area seating closed - plexiglass barrier installed at point of sale counter - hand sanitizer stations set-up at entrance and buffet with signage - social distancing signage posted on walls and do not enter if ill at front entrance Action Items: - provide written COVID-19 Safety Plan for review - refer to WorksafeBC template - develop cleaning schedule for high touch surfaces and identify an appropriate disinfectant product to inactivate COVID-19 - provide additional hand sanitizer stations with signage at self serve beverage stations and soft icecream machine - space tables intended to be used to ensure customers seated at different tables are no closer than 2 meters
