Comments

Cutting boards have black spots on them, which could be caused by charcoal or the growth of mold from inadequate sanitizing. The GM states the boards are scheduled for, and will be replaced immediately. The Hoshizaki ice machine is scheduled for a CIP deep cleaning and sanitizing of the internal plumbing. The wall next to the mop sink has been re-grouted and sealed.
