401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front hand sink has empty paper towel dispenser, and hand sink in air drying room has no liquid soap and paper towel dispenser. These items are required to allow staff to wash their hands correctly. No bar soap or cloth towels allowed. Corrective Action(s): Place and or refill paper towel dispensers and liquid soap dispensers at each hand sink and washroom. During the inspection, owner placed and/or refilled the dispensers with liquid soap and paper towels. Violation Score: 5

A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - All surfaces are in good working order. - Hand sinks had running hot and cold water. - Quats used for sanitizing of surfaces. - Sanitation of premises is good. - Walk-in-freezer was -22C; and thermometer present. - No signs of pests.
