- Food debris build up in the walk-in freezer floor by the wooden pallets

Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize above noted areas in higher frequency to improve overall sanitation.

Temperature of walk-in cooler and display coolers noted at 4°C or less
Temperature of walk-in freezer noted at satisfactory temperature.
QUAT sanitizer noted at 200ppm as per test strip.
Three compartment sink available for manual dishwashing.
No sign of recent pest activity at the time of inspection - routine pest control is in place.
Reviewed clean-in-place (CIP) equipment cleaning/sanitizing procedure - satisfactory.
