Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Manual dishwashing was not being performed properly. No sanitize step was being used.
Corrective Action(s): Follow the manual dishwashing sign provided. Wash and rinse equipment in the first compartment of the sink. Sanitize equipment in the second compartment in 100 ppm bleach sanitizer. Allow equipment to air dry before use.

- Bleach is available to prepare sanitizer
- No signs of pests observed during inspection
- Premise is well lit
