Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Creamer observed stored in the drink display cooler. This display cooler cannot hold temperature of 4C and below.
Corrective Action(s): Creamer discarded. Do not store potentially hazardous foods in this cooler. No milk, no cream.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bottle of chlorine sanitizer measure 0ppm chlorine.
Corrective Action(s): Instructed staff to remake the sanitizer with bleach. Once remade sanitizer measure 200ppm.
Please ensure there is a spray bottle for both front of house and kitchen.

Observation: This is a repeat violation:
1. Bowls used as scoops observed in multiple bags of dry ingredients.
2. Bags of grains observed stored directly on the ground and is not in pest proof container.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Please acquire scoops with handles. Handles cannot touch the food when stored with the food.
2. Please rearrange dry storage to ensure bags of ingredients are not stored on the ground. Please store in pest proof container or on a shelf.

Observation: Both prep coolers by the cookline is not working. Nothing is stored inside during inspection. There are no other prep coolers by the cook line.

Comments

- Handwashing station fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Cleaning has been done
- Ventilation hood observed to be grease free, professional cleaning has been done.
- Dishwasher has been fixed. 50ppm chlorine measured at final rinse at plate level
- Walk in cooler has been reorganized so potentially hazardous foods are stored on the side with the fan. Temperature in that side measure 4C and below.
- Gaps and holes in the wall has been filled in.
- Ice scoop now observed stored outside of the machine.
- Faucet in the kitchen by the dishwasher has been fixed.

Note:
- Please always cover food that is not in use and not actively cooling
- Please replace mini cooler in the front as soon as possible to prevent cream/milk from being stored in the drink cooler that cannot hold 4C and below.
- Please remove all unnecessary equipment or fix broken equipment so they can be used (drink dispenser).
- Please maintain a temperature log. Check temperatures of coolers and freezers twice a day and log it.
