Running cold water for ice cream scoop container was not on. Corrective Action(s): Wash, rinse and sanitize dirty ice cream scoops. Ensure to have cold running water on in ice cream scoop holder during service. Correction required immediately. Violation Score: 15

Premise is sanitary. No signs of pests at the time of inspection. Cleaning required during initial inspection completed. Meat slicer has been moved to back counter from front counter. Slurpy machine is still out of order and waiting for repair. All coolers are at or below 4C. All freezers are at -18C or below. Hot holding unit at 60C or above (67.2C samosas). Food protected from contamination. Business is currently removing expired products from inventory. Old products in back room and not for sale or display. Temperature thermometers in use. Staff washrooms are sanitary. Hand sink in use with liquid soap paper towels and warm running water. Chlorine and quat sanitizer in use in spray bottles (quats 300 ppm). 3 compartment sink in use. Valid Permit on display in visible location.
