Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Used ice cream scoops being stored in room temperature. Running cold water for ice cream scoop container was not on.
Corrective Action(s): Wash, rinse and sanitize dirty ice cream scoops. Ensure to have cold running water on in ice cream scoop holder during service. Correction required immediately.
