Routine inspection conducted: - Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. - Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezer operating below -18'C. - Thermometers available for temperature monitoring. - General food storage practice good throughout. - 200ppm Quats available in labelled spray bottles and at automated dispenser. - 3 compartment sink equipped for manual dishwashing. - Ice machine satisfactory. NOTE: Ensure to have the scoop stored in a manner that the handle is not in direct contact with ice. Otherwise, store the scoop outside of the machine- in a separate container. - No evidence of pest activity observed. - Washroom handsink satisfactory. NOTE: Broken wood tiles observed on floor- entrance to the food prep area. To be repaired within the next month. NOTE: Ensure all single use take out containers used to store pre-made sauces are discarded after each use. Do not reuse single use containers as reiterated at this time. General sanitation level of the facility satisfactory, but could be improved by cleaning hard to reach areas on a more regular basis (i.e. floor underneath equipment at the front prep area).
