- Storage chest freezers located outside at -18C.
- Dry storage room located downstairs is locked, food storage practices are satisfactory.
- Domestic cooler in dry storage room is maintained at less than 4C
- Three compartment sink available for manual dishwashing.
- Bleach is available. Food contact surface sanitizer is prepared after every meal. NOTE: Ensure that sanitizer is prepared by mixing one teaspoon bleach in one litre of water to make 100ppm concentration.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No pest activities observed at the time of inspection.
