Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Vegetable soup at 51 deg C (internal), been out there since this morning as per operator (>2 hours)
Corrective Action(s): Discarded the soup.

Operator to demarkate on thermostat dial where the temperature is >60 deg C for ease of use

Daily Temperature Log provided to better ensure adequate temperatures are met

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): When Manual Washing is reviewed operator is not submersing dishware in the sanitizer and/or is using the clorox wipes for the dishware
Corrective Action(s): The Clorox wipes are for table cleaning only. You must be following the Manual Wash signs as posted. SUBMERSING the dishware in sanitizer for at least 30 seconds -this contact time is necessary for adequate sanitizing of ware

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwash sink at the back -soap dispenser is empty
Corrective Action(s): All handsinks must be adequately stocked -paper towels dispensed, pump soap, hot/cold water and clear for use.
