Follow up inspection was conducted and the following was observed:
- Food preparation areas where rodent droppings were found were cleaned, however, still signs of rodent droppings (old and/or new) were observed in the corners of dry storage area, garbage area and on the stairs to the loading dock.
- Observed foods splattered inside cabinets along the cookline.
- Leaky pipes under dishwashing sink were observed.

Closure order was not rescinded.

In order to re-open, the operator needs to take the following corrective actions:
- Ensure that ALL AREAS WITHIN THE KITCHEN are free of rodent droppings
- Walk through the whole kitchen (including the areas that are not frequently used and downstairs) with a pest control professionals and seal any potential entry sites.
- Clean and sanitize call cabinets, shelves etc. where food debris & splatter is observed.
