Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Front handwashing station was obstructed with a large pot in the sink basin.
- No paper towel was supplied to the above mentioned handwashing station
Corrective Action(s): - Large pot was removed from the handwashing station and moved to the three-compartment sink to be washed, rinsed and sanitized
- Paper towel was supplied to the handwashing station, such that it was considered fully equipped

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed several incidents of scoops with handles (some with no handles) stored directly in dry food product. This can present a point of cross-contamination
Corrective Action(s): - Supervisor had removed all scoops from dry food products and sent them to be washed, rinsed and sanitized
- Handles of scoops must not come in contact with dry food products
