Follow-up to inspection conducted on July 27, 2022 - Main prep cooler is maintaining ambient temperatures of 9-10°C and several food inserts were measured around 7-9°C. Continue to follow the 4 hour limit for perishable foods. Keep just enough perishable foods in this cooler to use within a 4 hour time period. Leftover foods after the 4 hour mark shall be discarded. - Dessert cooler is maintaining ambient temperatures of 16°C. Currently not in use.
