Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back produce area hand washing sink lacked paper towels and liquid hand soap.
Corrective Action(s): Hand sink supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels. Ensure all hand sinks are properly supplied at all times in order to facilitate proper hand washing.

Observation: Two door seals not observed to be in place for upright store floor cooler (butter stick area). Note: Temperature at 4 degrees C or less at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure adequate door seals are in place in the above-noted location in order to prevent the loss of cold air. Date to be corrected by: February 3, 2019.

Routine inspection conducted:
- Coolers at 4 degrees C or less
- Freezers satisfactory
- Stock rotation procedures (first in first out) appear to be in use
- Bulk bin area well maintained. Disposable liners in use.
- Three compartment sink available for manual ware washing. Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer available from dispenser and in labeled spray bottle at 200 ppm
- Random sample of infant and baby formula was audited--items checked within expiry
- Random sample of canned foods checked for condition--one dented can removed from store floor by staff
- General sanitation good
- No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection.
- Premises serviced on a bi-weekly basis by a pest control operator. Most recent report indicates no pest activity findings during service. Follow pest control operator recommendations.
