Observation: Potential pest entry points observed in Coffee Bar area, in two under counter cabinets where plumbing is located.
Note: Signs of pest activity observed to be limited to these areas. No food or food equipment/utensil storage in the aforementioned cabinets.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure all potential pest entry points, including holes and gaps greater than 1/4 inch, are properly sealed to exclude pest activity. Date to be corrected by: June 14, 2023.
2. Ensure rodent droppings are properly cleaned and affected areas are disinfected. Date to be corrected by: Today.
Note: Premises is serviced by a certified pest control technician on a routine basis. Last service on May 31, 2023.

Routine health inspection.

Kitchen:
Left upright cooler at 2 degrees C.
Right upright cooler at 3 degrees C.
Freezer at -19 degrees C.
No hot holding at time of inspection. Reminder to ensure hot food is held at 60 degrees C or more.
Food is protected from potential contamination.
Thermometers in place for coolers / freezer.
Probe thermometers on site. Note: Thermometers appear to require new batteries. Discussed calibration with management on site. Ensure functional and accurate probe thermometer(s) available.
Hand sinks are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Two-compartment sink next to dishwasher is supplied with hot and cold running water.
High temperature commercial dishwasher measured 75 degrees C at the utensil surface (required: 71 degrees C or more at the utensil surface).
Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) food contact surface sanitizer available pre-mixed at 400 ppm. Bottle label states no rinse required.
Chemicals stored separately from food.
General sanitation excellent. Utensils and equipment stored in sanitary condition. Ventilation canopy clean.
No signs of pest activity in kitchen area.
