Observation: The temperature of the fridge measured 9C at the time of inspection. Foods are to be used in the next 1-2hours for lunch. All leftover potentially hazardous foods are usually discarded at the end of the day.
Corrective Action(s): The fridge temperatuer was adjusted at the time of inspection to the coldest. Keep monitoring the temperature and if it does not drop to 4C within the next 2 hours, discard all potentially hazardous foods and call for repair immediately.
