Handwashing station is satisfactory. Bleach is available. Please label the spray bottle of bleach solution. Temperature of refrigeration units are satisfactory. Probe thermometer is available. Please make sure the hot dogs and hamburgers are reheated to at least 74C/165F. No obvious signs of pest noted. Facility currently has a two compartment sink unit and two single sink units. Food service will be limited to hamburgers, hot dogs, coffee, tea, prepackaged beverages and candies. Operator has FoodSafe. Please post the permit in plain sight of customers.
