Hot holding case internal food temperatures at 60 degrees C or more at time of inspection. Hot held food is also time tracked.
Food is protected from potential contamination.
Hand sinks (kitchen area, washroom) are accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Three compartment sink is supplied with three sink plugs and hot and cold running water. Staff prepared bleach water sanitizer at 100 to 200 ppm chlorine bleach in sanitizing compartment.
Bleach water sanitizer also available in labeled spray bottle and was tested at 100 to 200 ppm chlorine bleach.
Equipment and utensils in sanitary condition.
Premises maintained in overall sanitary condition. No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection.
At least one staff member on site has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certification (certificate checked is valid to November 16, 2025).
