Follow up inspection conducted:
Both glass door cooler and the prep inserts in cooler at cashier were at 4 deg C or less
As discussed with operator, staff should be checking temperature of coolers daily to ensure they are always functional
If food items in the inserts are not getting used up throughout the day, do not fill them to the top.
