Observation: Rodent droppings observed in the following places:
- Under dishwasher: shelf where racks are stored - CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - Area cleaned and sanitized
- Bar: corner shelf and floor under corner shelf - CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - Area cleaned and sanitized
- Bar: on top of and next to compressor unit on lower shelf
- Computer wires and shelf at take out area
- Bottom shelf of flour storage - CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - Area cleaned and sanitized
- Back corner behind walk in freezer and after washing machine - shown to Manager. This area has two traps and rodent droppings on top of rodent trap.

Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize affected areas. Use 200ppm Chlorine or equivalent.
Ensure no holes exist in area surrounding compressor unit in bar and at end point of wires for computer area.
Ensure Pest Technician is checking traps in area after washing machine, behind freezer unit as droppings exist on top of trap

Observation: Tongs found in clean area that were not clean. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION.
Rodent droppings found during inspection (see Violation Code 304).

Corrective Action(s): Clean all areas affected by rodent droppings. Sanitize with 200ppm Chlorine or equivalent. Including area after washing machine, behind freezer unit, under shelves.
