Routine Inspection conducted today.
COVID-19 compliance conducted. COVID-19 Safety Plan onsite and posted. Mask policy in place. Physical distancing decals in place. Sanitizer available for customer use. Signage posted at front door to advise people who display COVID-19 symptoms to not enter. Plexiglass barrier in place at front till. Health Check for employees documented. NOTE: Chairs and tables used by customers are not spaced 6ft. apart to maintain physical distancing. Ensure that chairs and tables are spaced at least 6ft. apart. Have sanitizer signage beside the self-serve soda machine to instruct customers to sanitize their hands prior to using the soda machine.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs sanitizer buckets and dispenser at 200ppm. Test strips available.
Hot-holding units met health requirements.
Sandwich cooler measured at 4C.
No signs of pests.

Closure Order issued due to walk-in cooler being at 14C and facility has no other means of storing food at 4C or lower (i.e.: refrigeration temperature) to maintain daily operations. Contact EHO to rescind the Closure Order once the walk-in cooler have been serviced to measure an air ambient temperature of 4C or less.
