General Store:

- General sanitation needs improvement. Clear the clutter in the dry storage room. Recommend food items being stored at min 15cm off the floor to facilitate in cleaning.
- Two compartment sink available for manual dishwashing and handwashing station.
- Whole vegetables/fruits only.
- All display coolers at < or = 4C
- Walk in cooler measured at 4C.
- All freezers at < or = -18C
- Working thermometers in each refrigeration unit.
- Daily temperature log must be maintained and kept up to date. Ensure to continue monitoring the temperature daily.
- No signs of pest activity.
- Random food items (i.e. dairy products, eggs, meats) checked for expiration dates, condition of packaging, and any signs of deterioration. All in good condition.
