Observation: No bleach available on-site. Facility must have bleach available to sanitize food contact surfaces and for manual warewashing.

Follow-up inspection to October 29, 2021.
Facility was serviced by a professional pest control operator for cockroach infestation. Report indicates facility had heavy infestation. Operator will set up pest control services with an alternate provider.
Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
Facility had bleach sanitizer prepared in spray bottles. Ensure all bottles are labelled to identify the contents. Spray bottles will need to be re-labelled as needed.
Facility has undergone cleaning and sanitizing of all food contact surfaces, equipment and utensils.
Did not observe used single-use items on-site at the time of inspection.
Raw foods were properly stored below ready-to-eat foods at the time of inspection.
