Observation: Raw chicken, ground beef, raw fish, hot dogs all thawing at room temperature.
Corrective Action(s): Foods must be thawed in cooler overnight or under cold running water. If facility continues to have space issues due to one of the coolers not working, menu will be reduced.

Observation: Some droppings noted behind equipment. Staff noted at least 5 were caught recently.
Corrective Action(s): Clean all areas where rodent droppings are found. Seal all holes and protect all food from rodent contamination.

- new handsink and food prep sink installed; esnure soap and paper towels stocked

- discussed sanitation of in-use utensils - ice cream scoop to be stored in clean dry container; scoop and container must be fully washed, rinsed and sanitized every four hours
