Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quat in sanitizer buckets detected less than 100 ppm. Ideal quat sanitizer range is 200 ppm - 400 ppm
Wiping cloths are not stored in sanitizer containers.
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure quat 200 ppm is provided in sanitizer containers. Ensure sanitizing solution gets changed every couple of hours or as needed.
Note: Please ensure manufacturer instructions for quat disensers are followed.

Temperature Control:
Fridges and coolers currently at service maintained temp at or below 4C
Walk in fridge and freezer is out of service. No food stored in the fridge and freezer at this date. Operator stated the repair is scheduled.
Under the counter cooler with inserts is @3C
Freezer in dining area is at -18C
Note: Temperature log is required to be conducted and kept onsite.
Mechanical dishwasher reaches 165F at the final rinse.
Hand washing stations are provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
General cleaning is satisfactory. Food is stored above the floor.
Staff hand washing was observed. Staff are Food Safe trained.
Probe thermometer noted in order to monitor cooking temp - good
Health permit is posted.
No obvious sign of pest observed. Pest management plan is in place
Garbage area is clean and well maintained.
