Rodent droppings on floor throughout facility. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - cutting boards removed and sanitized. Inspector made Sanitizer solution during inspection. One tablespoon bleach for 1 bucket of water. . Corrective Action(s): DO NOT store any food item or food processing item on floor as mall is HEAVILY INFESTED WITH RODENTS. . Violation Score: 5 302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Lack of bleach for sanitizing during inspection - REPEAT VIOLATION. This is the second inspection where bleach could not be located during inspection. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - Bleach was purchased at adjacent store Sanitizer solution must be made DAILY to sanitize counters, utensils, knives and food preparation areas. Discussed with Manager and staff . REPEAT VIOLATION - handsoap missing from handsink is a repeat violation. Sign posted stating : "out of order" . COMMENTS - Handsinks adequately supplied - Coolers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius - Two functional sink plugs available for use Lack of liquid soap and lack of bleach for sanitizer solution is completely unacceptable. There is no reason to be inadequately supplied with these items when a dollar store is located across the store. DO NOT REPEAT THESE VIOLATIONS
