Ensure staffs are removing their smocks before entering the washrooms. Ensure the metal racking units in the warehouse are cleaned periodically to remove accumulated flour and debris in hard to reach areas. General sanitation, hygiene and food handling procedures are satisfactory. Pest control service is provided weekly. No obvious signs of pest noted during the inspection.
