- Hot holding temperature >60 oC
* Noted rice cooling at room temperature: shallow container just 30 to max 45 minutes at room temp then transfer to cooler Ok.
- Paper Towel & liquid soap are provided
- Food protection & storage all satisfactory
- No sign or pests noted
- Good personal Hygiene noted by staff
*Bleach solution is made at time of visit for counters
*Discussed usage of Lysol: it can be used as cleaning solution as noted on the label ( lysol does note have enough quats to sanitize (just 50 ppm) and labeled as cleaner not sanitizer)
-2 step cooking are being done properly
