Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer was too strong and resulted in the test strip partially bleaching out.
Corrective Action(s): Bleach sanitizer at 100ppm to 200ppm is considered food grade. Concentrations in excess of 200ppm may be toxic. To prepare 100ppm to 200ppm bleach, add 1/2 teaspoon (2.5mL) to 1L of water. Bleach was diluted to 200ppm at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Under counter cooler was at 4C.
-Back upright cooler was at 3C.
-Back upright freezer was at -13C.
-Chest freezer was at -18C.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 75C on the dish surface on consecutive cycles (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Blender containers and shakers sanitized in the high temperature dishwasher after each use.
-Coffee machine steaming attachment used mainly for water in the summer. Attachment will be used for dairy in the Fall/Winter. Attachment must be sanitized with sanitizer after each use when used for dairy products.
-Ice scoop dipper well was running.
-Ice machine was clean and sanitary. Scoop stored in a sanitary manner.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until August 06, 2027.
