This inspection done by an EHO student. Comments: -General sanitation satisfactory -Freezers were -18 deg. C or below -Coolers were 4 deg. C or below -Sanitizer dispenser at 3-compartment sink reading 200 ppm Quats. -Dishwasher temperature reached 75.2 deg.
