Routine inspection: Hand sink at filling area provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Staff washroom hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Quats sanitizer solution available for disinfecting work surfaces. Reminder to follow manufacturer instruction for dilution (17 ml to 1 litre of water). Ozonated water used to sanitize bottles. New caps provided for bottles. Operator does filling and not customers. Water is treated with reverse osmosis through a 20 then 5 micron filter. UV light applied also. General sanitation is good.
