Follow-up inspection to report PKUR-CJ8QL5

General sanitation has improved - tiles, walls and floors have been cleaned.
Sushi rice area kept clean and free of flies.
Continue working on pest control.
Hand sink in sushi bar has been fixed. Note: the soap dispenser needs to be replaced/repaired as it gets stuck every time it is used.

Note: more lighting or brighter bulbs are needed in dry storage area. Currently it is very dark which makes it difficult for visibility and cleaning.
Address this issue as soon as possible.
