Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach solution in two bottles bleached out the test strips (>200 ppm).
Corrective Action(s): Refilled to 100 ppm during inspeciton. Ensure that 1 tsp per liter of bleach is added.

Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
Dishwasher final sanitizing rinse reached 71 C at the plate level.
All coolers were < 4 C.
Freezers were < -18 C.
Hot held items at the front were > 60 C.
No evidence of pests at the time of inspection.
